Your best bet is to go on ebay and buy a set of the fiberglass fenders in the blue color that matches the blue 83 70.

man...good luck. I agree with vealmonkey, fiberglass aftermarket. That is a needle in the trikestack you are looking for but the right place to find them if they are out there and they may be, never seen nos blue 70 rears anywhere. Front I beleive fetches around 3-400.00?? Good luck. I have a decent set of blue 70 forks if needed????

I have these I just picked up. The one set was trimmed down as you can see, but looks very good. The other had the edges trimmed slightly. Both are solid and oem Honda blue.
