    Does anyone know wut naval jelly is. is it a liquid or jelly?

    it is a thick liquid acid based solution used for rust removal on metal surfaces. Its kinda like jelly but its really not that thick and chunky, it will run. only used it once, years ago, worked pretty good. It was made by Permatex

    It is like a syrup, but not quite that thick, and the last time i bought it it was in a spray bottle.

    So to clean a gas tank on the inside i would pour it in with bolts and screws and shake it?
