watch out for this when working on the 250R transmission

Theres a set of special washers on some of the gears in this trans, and I had one of them in backwards, causing a gear to drag and washer to wear and give off metal shavings. Didnt find it untill the next teardown.

There is a set of washers, one washer has teeth that go inward along the shaft splines, I had that one backwards. It didnt bind untill the bearing was pressed in place and the shaft was installed in the cases.

These two washers work to hold the gear in place, the other, with slots along the spline (the inner washer) is installed and turned to match the spline to hold the gear in place, then the second washer locks it in place.
