My 200e is making popping noises from the steering stem....do i need new bearings? If so, are there top and bottom bearings to replace?

Yes their are top and bottom bearings . They sell the kits on ebay fairly cheap . You willl need some axle grease to hold the new bearings in place when you do the install . It's best to have a helper when changing these and try and do it on a concrete floor so if you drop a few they can be found .
