    85' suzuki 185 quad ? is there anyway to bypass the primer

    the primer gasket busted is there anyway to bypass it. tried sealing off completely but motor dies/wont start. when its unsealed with busted gasket it runs fine but dumps gas out the weep hole
    heres a link to image of part/gasket #26 in the schematic

    issue resolved sealed off with solid rubber gasket
