just a guess but id say #2 is your idle screw and #1 the pilot screw ? that might be the one that need s 1 1/2 turns out after its lightly seated then adjust your idle screw check the post labeled throttle stop screw, the post is on a 200x so there may b differences but it may help, like i said just a guess as im new to the mechanical side of this.

1- is the pilot screw which as to be 1 1/2 out when sitting like 2Hundie said
2 is the idle screw i think in means a higher idling out a slower idling

usually setting the pilot screw is pretty simple
get your engine hot then, adjust the idle speed 1400rpm if my memory is good
after screw the pilot screw in until it stalls
back it out 1/4 of a turn
    restart it up
    readjust the idle
    should be running good
but, again, the best way to adjust it its to try things and mess with it

One is dead center on the cylinder portion of the carb, that sets the idle speed. The other screw is the air/fuel mixture screw.
