my 2 question are can i fit a 250r liquid on my 1981 atc 250r?

and can i fit a longer swing arm on it?

there are aftermarket swingarms you can buy that are longer, and putting a liquid R in your aircooled bike would take some work, like mountingn the whole radiator system and such. asnything can be done, its just what cost and how much effort. =)

your chain is on the right on 81-84 250r, all other bikes are on the left, its not gonna work. but if you want a new one built that longer contact www.hreatv.com he can and will build new retro fit swingarms.
