I had them coat a Paul Turner for me 2 or 3 years ago. It looked awesome but I sold it before seeing how well it holds up.
Have had them do more than one set of auto headers... They do nice work!
No trikes. Too old, too crippled. Unless I find one I can't live without!

If you have a pipe in good condition but it's a little rusty (surface rust). Do they also clean the pipes up by sandblasting or something? Or would that be up to me to do? What would be the best way to clean up an old pipe? I've tried sandpaper and an air sander. What kind of blasting would be best to preserve the surface of the metal (sand, walnut shells, etc.)? I'd like to coat my pipe, but it needs cleaned up first.

RIP Trace.. Godspeed.
They prepped and coated my pipe for 80 bucks. It was a used pipe.
I am glad to hear all the good stuff about them. They quoted me $85 and said $50 more if they had to strip off old chrome or ceramic if it is only rusty or painted I dont think there is an extra charge.
They blast off all old rust and paint for surface prep. I had them do a Pipe for me years ago, and it still looks great. Plus it actually helps generate a bit more power since it holds heat in the pipe. Chrome polish works best for general maintenence polishing and care to keep it looking nice. Chrome it tougher, but much more difficult to find a reputable place to do it. And cost is usually much higher. Jet-hot is a great choice!
I used a 3m rust and paint remover tool with an really fast air powered 90 grinder, the tool is about 5 bucks at walmart and it takes the finish and rust off most anything metal, way easier than sanding to polish your aluminum, or just to clean up old stuff
Why get it jet coated so it looks like polished alloy or chrome?Just chrome it,its tougher doesnt scratch or mark and wont go dull after time.Chrome is easier to clean and polish.
