    Changed points on 110 no fire!any ideas on how to set them or where to find out.

    Just installed new points on my 110 and got no fire,not gona lie never did this before any help would be great or a pic how do you set them.Should contacts be touching,any help would be great or someone to point me in right direction thanks.

    You can find the 90/110 manual in this thread: http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthr...pdated-9-13-07.

    I changed the points on a 110 I had using the manual. I was like you and had no prior experience with points. Once you get it you be able to see how they work. Pretty simple mechanism

    Hey rob is it as easy as takeing of flywheel cover rotateing flywheel until gap is at its widest and measure set at .12in. My contacts are touching guessing thats why i dont have fire, also sounds dumb buy what does that peice that buts up to bottom of shaft conected to points do besides where out.
