Help tri-z problems

My tri-z has some major ignition issue it won't accelerate this happend when riding up crown king road when
a water pump seal went bad well it was a case off a diffrent motor but i didn't know the seal was bad the bike did not over heat but a ton of oil came out the case vent hose here's a video of the bike thanks for your help

Fixed the problem the main jet fell out??? Not sure how iv never had the carb apart but it's done
