Oddball 86/85 Tecate duner maybe...just about done!!!!!

I found this 86 in Kansas new engine rebuild because it was worn out but he stopped there and it was in parts and bad shape. I started collecting and rebuilding parts to make it a duner and set it up for sand drags last summer even won a pro class race...on that old thing! It was great...but I wanted to ride it..had aluminum poles where the forks went and a strut where the shock went....Greg at cycle works racing rebuilt the shock and I had a bunch of 85 Tecate stuff laying round from "the day" when I actually raced one in like say Chiefs Stadium...yeah I am old. Anyway..the 85 T-3 plus-4 trinity swingarm and plus-6 axle were sand-blasted rebuilt and painted to match silver frame(will take apart and powdercoat this next winter). Took forever and there arent any 86 parts anywhere! Am going to have to cobb a KLX light switch so I can take off the number-plate and install my lights...Anyway...the ride..the engine runs like new cause it is..added a pipe 38mm tmx mikuni v-force reeds and loads and I mean tons of hours endless time searching and fixing...fix one...find two and so on...It is and I have tons of ATVs the best handling riding trike I have ever been on Greg at cycle works hit the shock valving perfectly for the mods and my weight...it is amazing. Few nick nacks and I will hit the dunes...will probably have to get a Sprock Racing stroker this fall...I didnt think it would ever come together and was ready to push it out in a field and light it on fire...it was that bad...now I know why my 85 got beat-up at races by the 86's...Better power...not more...and much much better handling..but Cycle works did that...its amazing!!!!! Quads are for farming...real TECATES only have three wheels....
