even if the decompression cable isnt hooked up all ya have to do is flip the lever by hand. either way with or without the cable as long as you flip the lever you wont notice its higher compression while you pull it over. but honestly i can pull my 200 over with no problems and its 12:1
down to parts because i no longer have a place to ride trikes.
