i need some in put ..

ok first off id like to say . i miss ya guys. i bin offline for a while but im back now : ) .

now for my issue .. i have a 200s motor thats ported, 28mm carb 12:1 wisco, bassani exhaust, big cam and lighten flywheel .. now my question is should i put a stock fly wheel on or keep the lighten one on ? and what kind of gearing should i run.. i ask because im not too happy with the pick up with this 12:1 motor my 10.25:1 seemed to have alot more pick up. is a lighten flywheel a good idea with a 12:1 ?

    oh by the way this engine is in a 85 200x .. yup a auto-x ..

The lightened flywheel just makes the motor rev a bit faster and possibly loose a bit of tork on the low end . The 12:1 piston should be faster than the 10.25:1 piston as long as it's all tuned correct and as far as gearing its all about what size tires and what your doing with the trike . You running race fuel with the 12:1 piston

i would run the light flywheel, I never really let my RPMs drop though (on my fast stuff anyway). if you do alot of idling and are not to worried about revving fast and drag racing then run the stock.
