I drove out and picked one up for my 200, the only issue was the cap didnt have the adjustment for the cable so i will need to swap caps.

Edit: after putting the carb on i found out it was to big and my atc200 would not run with it. i stole the bowl off and cleaned up my old carb and the trike runs great. but the carb is worthless to me.

I just bought an 83 200X and have been enduring the same issues. I spent $18.00 on a rebuild kit and if anything, it made things worse instead of better.

It doesn't want to start very easily, and when it does, it runs for a little bit and then dies off. I am thinking about trying one of the ebay specials to see what happens. Any other suggestions???

I am about to purchase one of these for my 1985 Honda ATC 200s. Does anyone have experience with these carbs specifically with the 85 200s?

    Thank you

I've only owned my 3 wheeler for 6 months and just signed up today - sorry if this is posted in wrong place.
Can anyone please explain how to reassemble the throttle assembly that goes into the carb on a 1985 200s?
I cleaned the carb and that went fine but the throttle assembly fell apart and I can't figure out how it all goes back together.
There is the cable, the cylinder, the pin (has the clip attached to 3rd notch), and a small U clip w/ bent ends.
    Thanks.

Does anyone know if there is a new "KEIHIN" carb out there for the 1986-87 200X?

Doesn't exist. Your best bet is to get a 24mm oem and rebuild it or you can call sudco and see if they have any 27mm left.
