Looks like the forks have had some type of a reducer added to the top of them to make them longer, or the top triple clamp isn't big enough to hold the fork tubes themselves. If you could slide the forks up some to lower the front some it would be awsome

Looks a bit too raked out.
I'd cut and reweld that steering neck! Thats just me though..............
EDIT- Looking at it again, he seems to have red electrical tape on the upper front fork? They also seem to be buried in the triple clamp.......Like - wrapped around the fork cap so it still sunugs up in the triples. Either that, or they are so pitted the solution was to cover it.
Maybe if it got the forks slid down some, the rake would be a bit closer.

That is an interesting build but it needs some tweaking on it for sure.
