im ready to tackle the exhaust on my machine , any recomendations , suggestions ? its got cobra exhaust but its condition is just shy of crumbling ! previous owner abused and neglected the poor thing and i cant stand to see that old rusty pipe anymore ! oh its an 86 200X

Look for a supertrapp on ebay or the classifieds. They are adjustable and in my opinion the best 200x exhaust that is pretty readily available.
