    I realize some people buy these if they have the papers included to title them, but this doesn't say anything about that. I would think you would need the rest of the frame attached to the head tube with the VIN on it. I don't know.

    yea I saw that on EBay several months ago. Guess its still up. I donno what the guy is trying to sell exactly, I guess just the vin #'s on the neck. Kinda creepy, he seems to know enough to sawsall the frame up, but doesnt really know what the frame is lol
