Keihin PB 10 AA vs Keihin PB 20 BA float height?

I have a bog off idle on my ATC 110. If I gas it too quick it will die.

    I have:

    Verified valve timing
    Adjusted valves
    Rebuilt carb
    Verified exhaust isn't clogged
Cleaned and lubricated centrifugal advance assembly
    New spark plug
I have installed the biggest jets in it, and have the needle at the richest position.

And still I have a bog.

The carburetor I have on my ATC 110 is different than the ones on my CT 110's.

    CT110: PB 10 AA
    ATC 110: PB 20 BA

The carbs are obviously different. I have enclosed pics. The carb with the metal cover over the choke lever and smaller float housing is the PB20, the one with the larger more bulky float bowl and exposed choke lever is the PB10. The only other thing it could be is the carburetor, after all I have done. I still sport the trike, even with the bog. I think the float height is different between the two, which is why my bike is running so lean. Can anyone tell me what the float height is for the PB20?

I put the overflow tube over the slow jet, and blew through the tube. I got air out of the right hand port facing the air cleaner, air out of the small hole directly above the slow jet, and air out of the small hole that is closer to the throat of the carburetor as it connects to the intake.
