hey guys, i was just wondering if there are any other stock axels that will fit into the 350x carrier? or if i could change out carriers to fit like a 450r,400ex, or 300ex something along those lines?
Thanks, Dalton

Dalton - I know some people have done 300EX axles. I do believe there is slight mods in doing it though.

well i grabbed a stock 300ex axel and it slid right into the 350's carrier. still dont have any nuts or anything on it tho to see if all that fits. also the 350 axel that came with my bike is like an inch longer than the 300 on each side. is this normal scince the hubs on the 300 make up the slack that it loses in the shorter axel?

Should be the norm as 300ex,400ex,250x,450r/er hubs are 3" wider all together(1.5' on each side)
Hope the rest of the axle swap will work for ya!
4 wheel's a bad deal
yes the 300 ex axle is shorter.how well does the chain line up.i put a 300ex dura blue axle and dura blue sprocket hub on my 350x.The chain would not line up so i had to buy the dura blue 350x sprocket hub to get it to line up.
well im gonna be runnig all stock 350x stuff as far as sprocket hub and nuts and such. i was just worried about the axel itself fitting the carrier
