Take a grinder and grind a slot into it. then try and turn it with a big flat head screwdriver

take a cut off wheel like this one http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item....re&dir=catalog and grind a flat head notch in the head of the bolt and use an impact driver and a to get it out

hah yeah pretty much the same thing, but Walkerallen is right, an impact driver will work better than an old screw driver if its really tight

Sometimes I'll SMASH on a 6 point socket that doesn't fit, like a 14 MM rounded bolt head, I may use a 13MM 6 point...... Has to be a thick impact socket though.

If it's torqued down good, then using a Dremel and try slotting it, then using an impact screwdriver may or may not work.

Sometimes I weld another bolt to it, then turn that. Lots of options......

Last chance, I grind the whole bolt head off (mainly the outer most portions) with numerous carbide burrs or Dremel reinforced 1.250 OD cutting discs. Once it's ground down to the washer, the pressure is off of it and you can deal with it now. A slice in the center may work at that point...... Unfortunately, you need the tools to do this and some guys just don't have them....
