think ill put my new front fender on tonight , i measured the holes on the old one 3/4 . should i drill 3/4 inch holes or start smaller ? anyone done these i dont want to mess up the fender any tips or advice ? i have all the hardware from the old fender and am gonna reuse the bushings and washers just trying to anticipate what may go wrong

You need to drill them to the correct size. Just be very careful to get them in the correct spot. The best way is to lay the old one over the new one, take a marker ( prefferably black ) then mark the exact spot of the holes on the new one.
