    Not to hard. Have you ever owned a 90 or 110? The headlight needs to be in the on position for the bike to fire.

    Nice I had a 79 110 myself. That thing looks like it was in a dust storm but will probably clean up nice

    I messed with one for hours and could not figure why I could not get fire. I had power coming from the stator, the points were adjusted perfectly, I bench tested the coil, and made sure the wires were hooked correctly and then my buddy made a seemingly smart azz comment and suggested we turn the headlight on. We did and it fired right up!!!

    Turns out it was just a smart comment!

    Thats only the older atc90's that have that funky light switch the 110 models are different and the switch can be off to run .

    After sitting in a barn for 15 years.....

    ok got it running lol it will fire right up first pull with my other gas tank on it I am going to have to rebuild the carb and clean the tank but after that I will post a video of us riding it. i cleaned it up a little more here are some pictures.

    Well I lucked out and found a new front tire for it WHOOOO WHOOOOOOO



    Also I had an OEM rear 110 rack
