New to the board
Just got my new cobra exhaust put on my 84 200es big red. Yall guys are right pretty loud. Seems to run alot better still need to rebuild carb. One other question i have is that when you get into high range in the taller gears, when you shift it almost seems like the clutch is slipping. when you shift it will kinda bog just a second before it grabs and goes, all this is done at high speeds. thanks

It sounds like the clutch plates slipping to me. Have you tried the adjustment screw for the clutch? If that dosnt help, which it probly wont, its time for new fiber/steel friction plates. Not a hard fix, just follow the manual. Good luck!

my 200s engine did that too .. i replaced the clutch pack and it corrected it .. but try adjusting them first sometimes its all it needs ..
down to parts because i no longer have a place to ride trikes.
