    Slight Trike advantage over quad.

Another small advantage of 3-wheelers over 4-wheels. All of our riding gear is in tool box, cooler with drinks & snacks, gas, tools, and kids mp3's/ipod's (etc.). I go down the interstate at 75 mph. Get in the mountains/tight spots with out trailer, three atc's.

My stepfather and I packed Mom's '84 YTM200, his '82 ATC250R, and my '85 ATC250R in the back of a long wheelbase Ford Courier back in the '80s. It was a sight!

That's cool DixiePlowboy, good to know. Building 200x's for both kids, hoping all three (which I measured and appears it will) will fit with wider wheelbase. Buddy has a kodiac & chevy longbox with tool box & that's all he can fit.

Here's my 250SX and another toy in the back of my truck from just last week; HD Iron 883. There's no way a quad and Harley would have fit. I bet I could have gotten an ATC70 in the opposite corner!

15T3FN1 CE/FI/SI with a Class A; Some of you might know what that means.

another advantage for me is i can beat most people on a quad cause you learn to use your body weight as an advantage.

Yup, portland250r (my mom & dad lived in Hillsboro & jus' moved to Cornelius), I can back up your statement with fact, go to my album & see my kids ride -KIDS-, they smoke every kid in school on quads & dirtbikes, and were constantly in wrecks on there quads, for kids, 3-wheels ARE safer, how can it not be for adults. People are idiots.

oldskool83, did you do it without taking it apart, because thats cool. Next tax return I want a chevy astro van, I think I can fit a trike in there, and then use a small snomoble trailer or something to tow behind for 2 more trikes, that way we can camp or jus' wait for the storm to pass inside the little van & gas mileage is the key.

HAHAHA great pics loading 3 wheelers like that. You guys are TOTALLY right. My dad and older brother went waaaay up north with a couple of buddys all in one truck. It was a chevy 4 door longbox. they towed a trailer and when they were up there the axle of the trailer broke. So that leaves them up there with 3 quads, a truck and a broken trailer. All the quads were on the trailer and grear and stuff in the box. SO finally heres what they did. they lowered the handle bars on the kodiak and drove it in the box, under the camper(lid for box). they cut a tree down and sliced it down the middle for ramp to drive the quads on the roof. so if you can imagine a quad in the box and 2 up top.they brought a lot of spares (good thing) the weight was popping them constantly. I think they were Little ways out of town going 40 all the way on 2 rims.

Yup, MorganHonda200, trailers are a pain in the behind, that's why the p.u. is loaded like that. The trailer got a flat and had a 14 1/2" tire, odd size, and it's hard in dense forest or narrow mountain roads to use a towable. Plus 30-40 mph winds here aren't as bad with a load in the truck, but a trailer is a night mare to keep on the road.

i can also fit 5 trikes in a shed.
    2 200x's a 250r a big red and a 350x plus a girt bike.
you would never be able to fit that many quads in there.
