Legal age limit on a 110

What is the legal age limit for a 110? I gotta know because this place where I want to go riding requires you to be the legal age. I dunno if my cousin's too young or not. Thanks

I say if you can reach the bars and pegs, and have some knowledge about shifting....then you can ride it.

But the legal limit says that you have to be 16 to ride anything over 90cc :x

Hey ATC crazy, thats what I say too, but the law is the law. I'm 6'4'' and my knees hit the handlebars on that 110. I say thats pretty dangerous too, but oh well. Nobody's gonna tell me not to ride

I am not aware of any age restrictions mandated by law in W.Va.. So far, Im only aware of them existing in Michigan, but it wouldnt surprise me if they have them in some other states. Since each riding place also has its own rules, the wise thing to do would be to call before you go, and ask.

As far as sensible guidelines, in my opinion, any kid under 70-80 lbs should probably stick with a 70, and stay off the 110.

    Actually.....

Here in Ca. the Minimum age requirement is 16 believe it or not . Its the same for personal watercraft . I think its silly because when you go to the dealer theres new "Kiddie Quads" right there . But I guess the leagal loop hole for selling them is... If you are riding on prive property you make the rules . Isnt it weird you can buy your kid a pw 50 and he can ride it anywhere but you cant let him or her ride that suzuki 50 quad unless you are on private property . Thats my understanding of the rules if I'm not correct someone fill me in . The question for me is moot for I have no kids .

If I remember right Michigan requires that they be 9 or 10, AND pass a Michigan safety course, just to ride on PRIVATE property. Michiganites, correct me if Im wrong, and Ill refrain from name calling, even though its aimed at your state government!

If your 110 doesn't have stickers, say it's a 90. Those morons won't know the difference.

We have the same law here in canada, I don't see how it works though, I'm 13 (14 in nov) and I'm 5'8 I don't see how on earth I can fit on a little 90cc quad :? guess you just have to break the law a little sometimes

if i'm not mistaken in N.Y. the law states no one under 16 can operate an ATV over 90cc. i may be wrong as i follow N.Y.S. laws regarding ATC's about as much as i follow there laws about male/female private intimate relations for some reason in N.Y. you can't express you "love" using your mouth other then to kiss
