    250sx hard shifting?

I just replaced my friction disks and springs, I put everything back together and it works the way it should.. However now it shifts really hard, not sure what i did. 86 250sx. So seems to function ok but hard shifts up and down. did i over tighten something? i checked my torque as i put things on. I have replaced other clutches and never had this problem. I'm sure it's something simple but i have been racking my brain i need to take a step back. Appreciate any help.

moves hard. engages normal just takes about 4 times the amount of force as normal to move the shifter up or down

Relax my friend, this is normal because you add new disk, just reajust your clutch from the side cover and you will be good to go.

Sorry i never posted back On this but i fixed it several hours after posting this and never put down wat it was. The clucth lifter assy had popped out of place when i was putting the side cover back on, so even with adjusting the clutch all the way out it was still already to tight, That little spring that holds the clucth lifter assy had come off, So when i got it back apart again i saw te problem, after i got it back in correct and adjusted the clutch it has been fine.
