    Unhappy Back for good...

Allright im back for good...trike updates Ok so my trike is missing the right case cover on my back porch cause my dad had a gheto plan...I put some liquid gasket on a bolt(it was leaking). So when I did this idiotic idea I screwed it in to tight and the damn bolt head broke and now the bolt rod is off inside the case... So ive went threw 4 drill bits and 5 taps trying to get it out... its pissing me off so if yall have any ideas it would be highly appreciated..but as of right now our last result is buying a diamond tip drill bit.

Pull the case off and back it out with a vise grip.
No trikes. Too old, too crippled. Unless I find one I can't live without!

start with a small drill bit then work your way up from there to the correct size. i usually use 2 or 3 different sized bits

I did but its in there so tight cause that liquid gasket it just snaps the taps but that last one that broke made it twist a lil bit so mabey that diamond tip bit will do it.

find a reverse drill bit in the correct size, use some cutting oil, not WD40 or anything like that, and go slow. should back out. HH

i would weld a nut it.. if you have access to a welder, heat from the weld helps loosen things up, then it'll back right out.
