    NO, I like OEM seals....... It's allot of work to the the forks off and clean them out - screw "leakproof" I NEVER EVER buy anything but OEM seals and you better make sure the bushings are tight, you run fork boots and there are no nicks in the portion below the lower fork clamp............

    How much do you weigh, how high do you jump?

    If your 150lbs and don't take big leaps, 10-15wt is fine or ATF fluid......

    I run 20Wt with 84 250R damping rods and thats not even good enough for a 210lb man; I'm upgrading to an 86R front end soon..........

    I weigh about 185 and almost never jump... where do you buy the oem seals?

    Then run ATF with no preload spacers......

    OEM = HONDA or best price at Service Honda, you'll need the kit for each side.

    Best to tear them down 1st and inspect all the goodies, just my .02c
