1985 250ES Carb plunger (choke) any kits come with one?

Been doing some work on the cold start issue, I suppose I can drill my starter jet out to .80 if it is a problem, but need to address choke issue first.

My plunger is seized/rusted in place. No force/penetrating fluid will free it. Will have to carefully drill it out.
I am having a hard time finding a kit with this choke plunger in it? Anyone know where I can get one?

I may just drop in a TRX300 engine and 350x or 400ex carb, but for the time being I'd like a stock setup to be fully functional

    Thanks

Yep, they seem to be the most commonly used and most commonly available, didn't see a plunger in the set. Just gaskets and jets.

No they do not come with them... And they are expensive... 45 dollar range...
No trikes. Too old, too crippled. Unless I find one I can't live without!

From what I've read, I need this:

    Part diagram, number 9:

Looks like I may have to shovel out that money for it. I think the TRX300 engine I am picking up may run, but had that same problem with the carb. Would hate to buy it for my stock carb then buy it again for my TRX Big Red.

I bought a used SX(same as ES) carb from ebay couple months ago.
    Was seized everywhere!
But what i did to get the choke plunger is I unscrewed the plastic part which gave me a little space to spray paint thinner into it.
Let it sat for an hour or so and came out loose.
    Did same with pilot screw.
