3 wheeler and sled drags, north central PA

Hey guys, not sure if this has been posted or not, but there's 3 wheeler only drag races coming up next week. I'll be racing a sled, the ol R just ain't set up for drag racing. (read: currently in the shop )

Change of plans, the drag sled is having some issues, breaking out the R for a speedy repair.

Ya, I was the only one to show up with a 3 wheeler! I saw that tri-z for sale when I got there, was sitting out back behind the shed when we left. Also seen a 70 couple miles down the road.

the 70 you saw down the road belongs to a friend of mine. if you seen that you were less than 1 mile from my house. the z was behind the shed because he was holding it for my friend.

my buddy was at the bar with my old 200x, a yfz, and a raptor 350. he was not there to race though.

if your not far from the drag place you ought to come over and ride sometime. we can get to that bar on trails and easily put on about 50 miles in an afternoon.

Looks like it would be a nice area to ride out there. Bit of a haul from here though, about 170 miles. That guy with the 70 was out in his front yard yard when I went by, I stopped to say hey. He said there's quite a few guys around out there still riding trikes.

They will have more grass drags in the fall. When I talked to the guy running it he says if trikes show up they can run. Not sure if they have the dates set up for the fall yet.

Announcer guy was having fun with me being the only one there, was on the P.A. telling everyone I was going to try and wheelie the whole way down the track. So, I had to give it a shot. Well, it was a bit of a downhill slope on the track and I suck at keeping a wheelie going, put her on the grab bar. I guess it was good entertainment for the crowd though.
