It definitely seems to be an old race tecate. It looks like a +2 swingarm. It looks like it has an extended axle or wheel spacers. Pipe and silencer. Polished aluminum wheels I would like to see some better pictures. If I had the money I would snatch it up.

It's definately worth that, but he'll go lower. Doesn't sound like he has any attachment to it, throw out a lower # and say you are interested and love Tecates, but are on a budget slightly lower for one.
83' 200x (son's). 85' 200 auto-x & 85' 125m (daughters). 84' Tecate(?). 85' KXT Tecate (mine!, mine!, mine!.)+ some others but don't feel like typing them in.

Hey Walkerallen, where is wright city, mo. im from farmington, mo. imo and a few other s ive talked to. I wouldnt pay 750 for it. I did call the guy and talk to him. I offered 500 for it and he said to come on up and check it out. But i really dont have a need for another t3. So go for it man.
