    Hey just bought a chain and spoket set for my 250r and while chainging them i noticed my back sproket was a 37 and my new one is a 39 tooth sproket. i was wondering wut difference this will make and how much of a difference.

    It will take away from your top speed probably around 4 or 5 miles an hour or so, But you will gain more low end, it will pull harder. Make sure you readjust your chain tension.

    13 / 39 is Stock set up ( perfect for all around riding )

    Make sure you mount the front Sprocket correct, I have seen lot's of front sprocket mounted backwards the Spacer Face in towards case's.

    If you mount it wrong it will grind a large groves in your case.

    you didnt say what the front was, and it makes more difference since its a smaller diameter.
