    clutch actuater bearing removal

I sandblasted the center cases of my 85 250r and i ended up getting sand in the bearings for my clutch actuater lever. I didn't remove these two bearings because i couldn't figure out how, and tried jamming tape in there to protect them, but that sand gets everywhere. Does anyone have any experience doing these? I need some ideas on how to get them out, because there's no way to drive them out from the back. here's a picture so you guys know what bearings im talking about. sorry it's kind of big
