Can a 21 x12x8 tire be installed on a rim that has a standard 22x11x8 tire?? I know 21 would be the height, 12 I'm guessing is the width of the tire & 8 is the size of the rim Dia.

Yes, you can do that... Just make sure you have the clearance to gain 1/2 an inch per side at your forks, and exhaust in the rear...
