1987 atc value

I was looking at a friends 1985 200x last night. Then he says to me he was going to buy another off of
someone he knows for $150 and said the year was 1987 not sure what model. My question is are all 1987
model atc's sought after?

That would be a steal if it runs, or even has good salvagable parts on it. The 87's are obviously the last year the 200x was made, it has a keyed ignition, and there were not a ton of them that escaped the disassemble. Having said that, parts are not readily accessable in some cases.
