Why didn't someone tell me this is a sickness

so two weeks ago i picked up a honda atc200 and a ytm200e (not a 225dx as i was told) well last night i picked up another ytm200 (the guy said it hasn't ran in a long time) for parts cuz it has a good body and front end, that i need for a hundred bucks.

well after looking her over the motor turned freely so i took the coil off my other one sprayed in some starting fluid and she fired right up

So now instead of a parts bike it just became my kids third fix for the summer (this will give them something to do and will let me teach them how to work on their own bikes instead of my harley )

And my wife is going to kill me over all of this

This happens to all of us... I got a 350x 2 years ago, and now I have 5 trikes and counting... like Lay's potato chips, you can't have just one!

"just when you think you're out, they suck you back in!" Remember, if you're wife leaves you, you're kids and trikes will always love you.

Well she came home today while i was out working on them and asked which ones i was fixing, i said all of them and she was cool with it (how come that never works when it comes to my bike)

Question if the tires are dry cracked has anyone just used tubes in them, tires have good tread just cracked and a few are leaking (at least till i get the cash to replace them)

I would replace them rather than risking them exploding on you.

Your safe then bro, by a month or so they start to forget & your all good. When you start hitting in the 6-8 trike, you just say the same: "there parts bike that you got for cheap but you were able to salvage it" Your in bro, congrates.

If we would have told you about how the addiction/sickness is not curable, you may still be working on that Harley... I think we did you a favor, by getting you into something better to turn wrenches on!
No trikes. Too old, too crippled. Unless I find one I can't live without!
