    fuel cap on 84 atc110

    The cap has on "on" "off" selector on it. I am not sure what it is supposed to do, but I know the fuel system will vapor lock to the point that I can't even get the cap of the tank. Does this selector need to be in the on or off position? Is it a vent of some sort? Any info would be helpful.

    It is a vent, should be "on" when running the engine.

    when i had my 110 if i put the cap off it wold stall
