    20x11x9 Kenda Klaw, good tire?

Been looking at this tire. Its a radial which I like and its 6-ply too, but only on the tread. On the sidewall its only a 2-ply. Anybody ever run this tire and have a problem with the sidewalls? I saw on Dennis Kirk that Kenda just started making the Knarly tire in 20x11x9. Its a bias tire but its 6-ply on tread and 6-ply on the sidewall too. Cant decide which rear tires to go with.

ive never liked anything kenda. on my quads ive tried them and all they are good for is slipping around. barely any traction. they will withstand rocky trails though. hope this helps

I have this tire (Klaw) on my 250R, no problems after six years. Traction is decent I think.

have experience with 2 yfz450s with the kendas on the rear. (klaw) and they seems to work good, but nothing speacial. back when i watched racer TV one of the honda guys who was sponcerd by kenda and ran those klaws seemed to get the holeshot alot of the time. idk if thats cause the tire, machine, or rider but it does show something about the tires.

all around good race type tire. IMO id rather have Maxxis razrs or ITP holeshots

Watch these full bite type tires. They are meant for quads not 3wheelers. They will have too much sidebite for a 3wheeler IMO. I have ran ALOT of these, Turftamer, Fast Trekker, Klaw, Razr..... blah blah blah

IMO the best tire is the Fast Trekker. I would run Kenda in 2nd, and Turf Tamer in 3rd.

ONLY good spot for a full bite tire like a razr/holeshot is on the trails. When you dont need to powerslide all the time and just need full on forward traction.

true, i have never tried razrs or holeshots on any fast trikes, only quads. i did have the razrs on my 110 for a temp fix but she dont have enough power to slide much with any tire. haha

Was also looking at the Kenda Knarly. Looking to get a tire that is 20x11x9 in a 6-ply.
