    Does anyone remember......

the number plates that were used on the 200X's that were shaped kinda like an airfoil? I think Mickey Dunlap used one and a couple other guys. I'd like to put one on my FrankenX project. I'll get an updated pic of it on here tomorrow. Got to ride it in the yard today, very slow though, ain't got no brakes yet!
Still looking for an "original" TC dual plug head for a 200X!

Ah common! riding slow without brakes. I rode my Z the entire time I had it without brakes. It was the best thing since bread and butter too.

The number plate you are talking about is the infamous "Porterville Foil"

    CT Porterville Foil

Jeb is right. I have a Green one for my Tecate that I bought from CT on a whim one day. I called them to see if they had any old Tecate parts laying around and the guy remembered a piece of Green plastic up in the rafters. Sure enough it was a new unmounted Porterville Foil. You never know what you will find... Give CT a call and see what happens...
