SX running choked

Recently changed my carb on my SX to replace the crappy one It had.
Happened to make a great change.No more bogging after 1/2 throttle.
But still it has some choke problems or seems like.
Symptoms: -black smoke at full throttle
-kinda knocking and irregular idle
-hard to start when hot
-idles great when cold but start idling in really low rpms when hot, almost dying.

I thought my plunger or my cable could be the problem but i checked everything and did some swap with spare parts I had, no changes.
I was also thinking it might be the synchronization between the butterfly and the piston throttle but havent tried to mess with it yet.
I know SX are known to have choke issues and i'd like to know what you guys think about it.
The engine itself is running strong but I think it could be better.
Oh, and it also dies when I go full throttle after idling, maybe its normal, I don't know

I wonder if the pilot jet got cleaned out by using a torch tip file? It don't take much to to enlarge the hole in these jets when you start to run a tip file down through them to clean out any old gad residue. I have done this by mistake. This would make it run rich at idle and acts like the choke is on when idling.

I doubt the pilot jet is the problem,
I interchanged all the jets with the others that were on the other carb i bought.
Holes looked exactly the same size and didnt make any change.
Could lowering the needle by 1 notch make a difference over idle?
I also messed with the pilot screw without any noticeable changes, wouldnt even die when fully screwed in ... weird.

What is the compression, what is the compression after a tblspn of oil is put in the spark plug hole and another reading taken?

Are the valve adjusted at .003 cold?

Starting is your starter jet in that carb, if it is not .080 appx, then you have the old tiny jet.

You could have a worn pilot jet itself or a worn hole from it's past life.....

The keihin 08 is the best carbs for these on the 86/87 model.

Compression is at 120psi, never tried with oil in cylinder tho.
I adjusted the valves 2 weeks ago, there were too tight,made a little change on idling but still felt choked.
All jets are in the carb but just to make sure, is the starter jet the smallest one, about 1/4 in in lenght?
there also great probabililty that its the old tiny one as all parts i got are from 85 carbs.
But isnt that jet only for start(cold start issues)?
I'm not sure what model this carb is but from what i remember it was written QA02 on it, or maybe not.
I dont have it with me at the moment but will check that out tonight.

Thats the old jet carb, I just drill them out and blow them out real good with carb cleaner and compressed air.

The starter jet is PRESSED in, no threads.

Your compression should be about 150,160 PSI, if it goes up with oil in there, the rings are bad and you'll have to tear into it.

if these jets are pressed in then its not the same im talking about.
So your drilling them with a 0.080'' drill bit directly on the carb?

Alright here's a low quality vid about my problem.
When I punch it, You can hear the engine bogging a little before gaining rpms as it's running rich.
Also at the end, you can see a little the black smoke in the upper right corner.
Still at the end, it's running irregularly and knocking but doesnt seems like valves knocking(also dies).
