Motor seized, did I use wrong oils?

(85 Tecate) Rode trike all over and it ran pretty good. Bogged here and there, I thought mabee more adjustments on jetting. Was using BelRay H1R Synthetic Ester 2-stroke racing oil 32:1. For the bottem end BelRay Gear Saver sae 80w (700 ml). When it quit it just started to bog at wot, bogged down and quit. My son even got it started after for about 20 seconds and flipped a u-ie and it died again. Loaded in p.u. and got it home thinkin' it had a fowled plug, changed and preceeded to kick it over and the kicker froze in the up position. Did here chatter, but sounded by the head?????? I put in a spare motor (don't even know if it's any good), but haven't got it to fire yet, got spark and compression (sounds smooth, kicks smooth),I'll try some starter fluid because mabee it's not getting gas. Anybody know if I wrecked this motor?

I don't think oil was your problem.

I'm no Expert but just my common knowledge i would say its either a piston ring or the piston itself is cracked! do not attempt to keep kicking it! fix it or have someone else do it!

u probably got a cracked ring. the piece of ring moves into the ports on the sleave n causes a frozen feeling. take it apart and check it out. thats the only way ull be sure.

Bogging here and there almost always means you're lean. More times that not, a bog means a lean needle setting too. 2strokes need LOTS of fuel to live a long and happy life.....Pre-mix oil was not the problem if you were at least 50:1 ratio. 32-40:1 will keep any motor happy if jetted properly regardless of oil used.

sounds leik a lean sieze to me starts loosign power and meltign top of piston around the edges usualy aroeugfn the exhaust port first. pop the head and go from there.

Hang, use penetrating fluid (wd-40 or the like) if a 2 stroke motor needs touching off with something.
starting fluid is okay enough on a 4 stroke but a 2 stroke,,, um not so good on them.
I too think jetting is at fault. I did not see any postings about plug chops you done (might have missed ?) but personally running every thing I own 2 stroke for 3 years now at at least 100 to one (or leaner in T-3 case) ,,, it is not a oil issue IMO.
Also, jetting changes (and plug chops till you know your 2 stroke well) are needed with temperature change , much needed indeed.

Thanks men. I didn't get to the pug chops yet, was working on the mix and idle adjustment (and floats) and wasn't that far yet. Matter of fact I rode it a couple hours earlier and it ran perfect, WOT in 4th and 5th so I thought i was getting close. Lean was right, the plug was carmel colored. I think back up motor is a p.o.s.. Hey thanks fellas, I know I'm a handful, and need lots of help, I'm just not to good of a mechanic and don't know what I'm lookin' at with some situations. I wouldn't have pushed it, but like I said, a couple of hours earlier it was almost lined out. Also I think my ego is writing checks my trikes and body can't cash, 17 years of aggressive bullriding has makes me burn off too much aggression (lost my sense of fear on 2000# animals and feels good to be scared on my 3-wheelers once again).
