I was just playing mw2 and i had mt controller plugged in the charged and play into the console and i yanked the cord by accident and now my disk is fried and all scratch and wont read. Ever happen to any of you?

i dont own a xbox 360.
i would be really pissed if that happened to me.
i have a ps3 and it got the yellow light of death so it wouldnt eject my mw2 so i opened up the blue ray drive and took it out now im going to replace the thermal compound on it and it should work again.
what i would do is see if you can dig up a service manual for it, they have 1 for the ps3 so im sure the xbox 360 should have 1.
just research your problem thats what i did with my ps3 and i didnt even have to worry about a service manual but my problem is very common.
good luck, do what you have to do. do you have a warranty for your system? thats what you should figure out before taking matters further.
