1983 atc200e rear axle help needed ????????????????????????

Hello: I have a 1983 atc 200e that has the rear axle splines stripped and one hub stripped I am in need of a axle. I bought a 200s parts bike for the rear axle and it will not work. Will any other axle from maybe a 185s work or do i just need to scrap the bike? Any assistance would be appreciated one of my sons now has nothing to ride. I cannot find anyone who knows anything about these trikes.

I do not have much info on axle swaps, but you will find one. No need to scrap the bike
