    Tubes?

I am new to 3ww. just picked up a 78 atc90, and a 83 atc70. The 70 has weather checked tires on the sidewalls and I was wondering if I could just put tubes in? They have 90% tread, and I might just sell it soon. Never had a ATV tire off before, and I didnt know if it would be worth it. $30 to tube it and $90 for tires. (alaska) Thanks!!

.........go snag some tires from the snowmaking machines at hilltop.... haha just kidding.. but seriously. i was looking for some tires for a 110 a few years back, and the dude at hilltop said that there was a pile of old tires out by where they keep the cat during the summer. sure engough... most of them were shott, but i found 2 that were usable. how much would you want to sell that 70 for?

shoot, I havent really thought about it, it sure has a ton of compression. Another thing is the tires are flat, so thats why I want to tube the tires. Its a sweet little bike, just has not been used very much. might have to check out hilltop!!

tubes will work, but if the sidewalls are really bad the tire will shred eventually

thanks, might just go that way, minor cracking, but the air bleeds out in that area, might be a band-aid fix

yea, the front one is toast, so I might just do all three, we are talking a $40 difference now.
