quick question i got a bit of oil leaking out of my kick starter, what is the problem?
p.s i checked the oil every time and it doesn't seem to be going down.

i'd like to learn about this problem too
there was a bike that i was looking and it was super cheap. the only thing wrong was a leak at the shifter.

sounds like the seal (shifter seal) that goes around the shaft and slides into the case is bad . you can get it at practically any motorsport dealer for about 5.00 or so.

ohh, noo worrys dont worry about it, but it could be the same thing, it could be the matter of the seal around the kick starter

seal can be chaned by jsut removing the kicker off the shaft, then using something to gently pry the seal out.. onc eout, clean erally well, I liek to use a tony dab of black hi-temp silicone around the outer edge of the seal and then install it. this helps ensure a good seal to the case and helps with install. should take about 15 min to do.

what should i use to pry it out without damaging it?

use a very fine regular screwdriver and ato try to tap the seal out with or something with a sharp point to pry it out . ive used both methods and they both work good but sometimes there is no saving the seals .
