what type of clicking? well you could have loose lug nuts, your hubs could be loose, your axle bearings could be bad on front or rear.
where does the sound come from?

it sounds like directly under engine. cant tell for sure. im thinking the bearings because the lugnuts and hubs are just fine.

a friend has a raptor 660 and when he turned it made a clicking clunking sound. it came from under the engine. he was freaking thinking it was the transmission. but my dad took it for a 2 second test ride and knew it was the rear axle bearings right away.
because they are solid axles the inside tire wants to pull forward or the outside tire wants to pull back (depending on what tire has the most traction at that spot, normally the inside tire has less traction)
and when nthe bearings are bad and allows the axle to wiggle around it causes binding sounds and can be a clicking or clunking sound.

flip the bike upside down and wiggle around on the axle to test them. if it seems loose then thats probably it (or if the rolling of the axle just seems not smooth and incorrect)
