lots of PB blaster, wait a day or 2, then get a big . prob the bearings are rusted to the bolt. happened to a 85 rm125 i had once...6 hours to get it out. lots of heat, some one on here makes new pivot bolts for trikes so i dunno why they couldnt make a new one for a dirtbike. i bet all the grease is gone in it also.

All YZs Ive ever owned had that problem. If you pull the shock and such, tie the swinger to the top of the subframe, then throw some heat at the bearings , put in a punch, and tap like hell. It has worked for me on my De-Carbon and Mono Cross systems.

Yeah i would'nt be afraid to use some force. just PB blast the heck out of it and let it sit must make sure the punch you use doesnt mar up the threads and such and i dont think you will have a big problem. I agree that the bearings are probably frozen to the bolt. I wouldnt worry too much about finding the bolt again. I would check with Bikebandit.com and see if they have one. they carry alot of OEM stuff.
