    Honda xr200 carb on 200es

    I have a Honda xl200r cam in my 200es and was planning on bolting on a xr200 carb. Will i need the throttle cable also? i think back when i had my 185s and i put a 200x carb on it i needed the whole throttle cable setup just wanting to know if this is the same on the xr carbs. thanks

    ok i found out its a 30mm carb is this too big?

    Ive done a search and got very mixed input. The only thing done to the engine is the xl200r cam. I did a impulse buy on ebay and didnt ask what size until after i orderd. He hasnt shipped it yet but i dont want it bogging and running like crap if the carb is too big. I remember going from my stock carb to 200x carb on my 185 made a big difference but it had a 12:1 wiseco this engine is stock bore 200.
