hey im wondering, would a pair rear hubs off a 85 250r fit on a 85 200x?

no they will not, but 300ex/400ex will fit and add 3 inches to the width.

huh really? i thought because they were the same year, but any others that would fit for sure?

no the 350x and 85/86 250r use a larger spline count, most of many others fit depending on the wheel pattern you want to use,. 200x was 4/110 which is the same as the 300ex. You could use 200s hubs but that gets you 4/130 and steel wheels.
