I had a RAD twin row in my 86 for a while and I believe it would be impossible to put the stock spacer tube in that carrier as the 2nd row of bearings lines up inside the 1st row, which would make it 1~1 1/2 inches narrower inside. You might check and make sure all your hubs and stuff are seated properly and that the bearings aren't pressed too deep into the carrier. Are you certain you put the proper bearings in?
